Scaffold Repair

At our adjoining workshop facility we have a team of qualified boiler makers and highly qualified welders all certified by the Welding Technology Institute of Australia (WTIA) and all experienced with scaffold component repair using a wide range of equipment and dies to enable a quick turnaround on all types of repairs.

Our comprehensive collection of dies enables us to produce accessories for the repairs of most scaffold systems including Cuplok, Kwikstage & Millsystem.

Wedges, end fittings, ’V’ pressings, spigots, board end caps and stiffeners are all available for quick repairs to your scaffold.

Bent components are pressed back into alignment and non repairable items can be cut down to a usable size.

All welds are inspected for damage and repaired where necessary.
