Specialised Manufacturing
Since inception 4 Ken has always provided the scaffolding and stage industries with a backup service manufacturing specialist and one off components.
We can fabricate steel framed Lifting Cages, Pallets, Unit Beams, 750mm x750mm Box Trusses, Space Trusses, Luna Trusses and Lighting and Sound towers to order with the short turnaround required by these industries.
All specialist items are inspected and certified before leaving the workshop. Welds receive a 100% visual inspection and a minimum 10% of welds are non-destructively tested. Under strict control by suitably qualified personnel some components are tested to full destruction. Where necessary items are provided with structural engineering certification. |
